Terms of service
Overview
These terms govern the relationship between advontier. (operated by Johansen Holdings Limited, Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE — Licence No. MC 14076) and its Commercial Partners.
Engagement structure
All engagements operate on a fixed monthly retainer basis. The scope, modules, and retainer amount are defined in a written scope proposal provided prior to commencement. Changes to scope or modules are documented in writing and reflected in an adjusted retainer — effective from the following billing cycle.
Notice and termination
Engagements operate on a rolling basis with a 30-day written notice period. Upon termination, advontier. provides a complete handover package including current-state books, reconciliations, tax filing records, login credentials, and transition documentation.
Data ownership
All financial data, records, and documents produced during the engagement belong to the Commercial Partner. advontier. retains no proprietary claim over client data. Upon termination, all access is transferred and advontier. access credentials are revoked.
Liability
advontier. exercises professional care and diligence in all engagements. Liability is limited to the total fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim. advontier. is not liable for penalties, fines, or losses arising from information provided by the Commercial Partner that is incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
